Delete your CoachNova app account
Last updated: 13 September 2026. This page is for people using the CoachNova app with their coach. If you are a coach with a CoachNova practice account, delete it from Settings, then Privacy, inside CoachNova.
There are two ways to ask us to delete your account. Both reach the same place, and neither costs you anything or needs your coach’s permission.
If you still have the app
Open CoachNova, tap your picture on the Home screen, choose Settings, then Delete my account. You confirm once, and it is done.
If you cannot open the app
Write to privacy@coachnova.ai from the address you use with CoachNova. We check that the request is really yours before anything is deleted, and we reply within 30 days.
You might not be able to open the app because you have uninstalled it, changed phone, or finished working with your coach and can no longer sign in. The email route is there for exactly those cases, and it is the one to use if signing in does not work.
What gets deleted
Your sign-in, the app’s access to your coaching, push notifications and emails to you, and your own AI conversations where you have had any. After 30 days this cannot be undone.
What your coach keeps
Your coach keeps their own records of your coaching, like session notes and messages. That is their professional record, exactly as if you worked together without the app. Your name and email address stay on that record for the same reason.
Deleting your account does not end your coaching. It ends the app, the notifications and the emails.
Want those records erased too?
That request goes to your coach, because they are responsible for their own coaching records. You can reach them before you delete your account, or by email afterwards. If you would rather raise it with us, or your coach does not respond, write to privacy@coachnova.ai and we will help. Your rights over your personal data are set out in section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
How long it takes
Notifications and emails to you stop immediately, and each coach you work with is told that you have ended app access. They are not told why.
Everything else is deleted 30 days later. During those 30 days you can change your mind: signing back in to the app cancels the deletion and turns your notifications back on.
If you work with more than one coach
Your account connects you to every coach you work with on CoachNova. Deleting it ends app access for all of them, and each coach is told you ended app access.
