Session 1: How AI augments your practice
Session 2: From augmentation to recurring revenue
Two sessions, one week apartOne hour eachThree hands-on exercises

The Conference Board, October 2025: AI Can Provide 90% of Career Coaching…But Humans Still Matter

You leave knowing what to do next.

See exactly where AI fits your practice today

A practical map of what AI handles well and where your judgment is irreplaceable. You leave knowing where to start.

    Price what you're actually worth

You know what you bring. This session helps you see why the hourly model undersells it, and what a different structure looks like in practice.

See a different way to work with clients

Not more clients, not more hours. A way to stay in the relationship longer, go deeper, and get paid for continuity rather than sessions.

    Session 1

    The 90% Question

    60 minutes · Interactive, hands-on

Three exercises with a free AI tool. You discover what AI handles well, define what only you can do, and see the three levels of AI in coaching. You leave with personal outputs, not slides to forget.

    1

    The Time Audit

List your last 10 coaching-related tasks. Mark each “Only I” or “Could be handled.” Most coaches find 40–60% could be handled. You see where your time actually goes.

"If you're spending half your week on tasks that could be handled, you're not protecting your value. You're burying it."

    2

    Your Coaching Signature

Think of your single best coaching moment. What did you do? What did you read in the room? Could AI have done it? This defines your edge. Peer sharing included.

"That is your signature. The deep relational work cannot be replicated. Now you can articulate it."

    3

    The Client Test

Give ChatGPT a coaching scenario. Read the response. Structured, competent, generic. It did not coach. This is what your clients get when they turn to generic AI.

"Something. Not nothing. But not you."

Then: the three levels of AI in coaching

    Level 1

    Single Prompt

ChatGPT as Google. No context, no memory. Every conversation starts from zero. What you did in Exercise 3.

    Effort: low · Output: generic

    Level 2

    Knowledge Garden

Upload your frameworks, notes, methodology. Better output, but you become your own AI engineer. Most coaches don't sustain it.

Effort: high · Output: personalised but static

    Level 3

    Agentic AI

The AI learns from your actual sessions. Handles prep, notes, messaging. You approve everything. Nothing reaches clients without your sign-off. This is CoachNova.

Effort: low · Output: personalised and evolving

Session 2 · One week later

The ongoing coaching extension in practice

    60 minutes · 3-coach panel, conversation, Q&A

Three coaches share their honest experience. Different practices, different starting points, same honesty. Louise facilitates. Coaches convince coaches.

    The Sceptic

    "I almost didn't try it."

Was sceptical about AI in coaching. Shares what made them try it and what they found.

    The Client Focus

    "Here's what my clients said."

Focused on the client experience. Shares how clients actually responded.

    The Business Builder

"Here's what changed for my business."

Growth-focused. Shares the revenue model and what it meant for their practice.

    Panel Q&A

Attendees ask the panel directly. Coach-to-coach. The real convincing happens in the unscripted answers from peers.

    The economics of ongoing coaching

How the ongoing coaching extension creates recurring revenue after engagements end. You set the price. You keep the margin.

    Ethics, consent, and privacy

Informed consent. ICF ethical guidelines. EU hosted. Client data never used to train AI. How to talk about it with clients.

    Your next step

Try free with your first client. No credit card required. Decide for yourself.

    Research-backed

Built on peer-reviewed research, not opinions.

    90%

of day-to-day coaching functions can be provided by AI

    The Conference Board, 2025

    ACC

AI coaching agents now meet ICF Associate Certified Coach standard

Passmore, Tee & Rutschman, Henley 2025

    23 days

the gap between sessions where momentum is highest and support is lowest

    Passmore, Henley Business School

“Both things are true. 90% of coaching functions can be handled. But the deep, relational, emotionally complex work that defines expert coaching cannot. The question is: do you know which parts of your practice fall into which category?”

    What this webinar is not.

    Not a lecture

You'll spend more time doing than listening. Three hands-on exercises with your own AI tool.

    Not a hard sell

We're honest about CoachNova from the start. But the exercises work with any AI tool and the insights are yours to keep.

    Not a technical course

No coding. No prompt engineering. If you can use Zoom and type a sentence, you can do this.

    Not a certification

It's professional development. You leave with clarity and personal outputs, not a credential.
