The people behind CoachNova, and the people who keep us honest.
Our extended brainpower.
Five advisors, each brought in for a question we could not answer well enough on our own. Each of them sat down on camera to say why.

LinkedInTwo founders, over thirty years between us in AI and digital transformation.
And over fifteen years, between us, on the coachee side of the conversation.

Nick Ponomar
A decade in enterprise engineering at IBM, Capgemini and Software AG, architecting distributed systems for IoT and analytics that large enterprises run in production. Then three years in product management at Cumulocity, the market-leading industrial IoT platform, owning its edge computing product line. Working with machine learning since 2016, before it was rebranded as AI.
At CoachNova, the first version went from zero to launch-ready in four weeks, built with AI agents working alongside. Working coaches get new releases every week.
Coaching conversations are among the most personal data a company can hold. The interesting engineering problem was never what the AI can do with them. It is building a system that provably cannot keep what it should not. My years in edge computing taught me that the best way to protect data is to design the system so it never has to leave. Privacy here was a starting condition, not a retrofit.Nick on LinkedIn

Louise Doorn
Years running digital transformation programmes for large organisations, followed by chief marketing officer in New York, and startups only since 2016. CoachNova is her third, and the first she would call purpose led.
She contributes to the EMCC Global AI team. The profession is writing the rules for AI in coaching right now, and she would rather be in that room than react to it later.
I led the business transformation when social media arrived, back when we believed it would bring people closer. We know how that turned out. AI is the bigger wave, and this time I would rather design the human in from the start.Louise on LinkedIn
We do not build this alone.
The roadmap gets shaped in the monthly call, not before it. And the coaches shaping the product hold equity in it, through the Coach Community Stock Option Plan.
