We listened, and we built.
Three new pages on the website. What coaches asked us to change for their clients. The AI Masterclass with Judit Ábri von Bartheld. And a podcast worth your commute.
We have been listening.
Almost everything in this issue started as something a coach said to us. Over the last year that has been more than seventy conversations, and forty of you are now shaping the product with us month by month. This fortnight a good deal of it became real.
The website caught up.
The first thing those conversations changed is the website itself. Much of what you told us had been quietly going into the platform. Now it is on the website too. Three new pages:
- How it works. The six moments of a coaching relationship, from building the picture of a client to the work that happens between and beyond sessions, and where CoachNova sits in each.
- Your coach, in three places. The same relationship seen from your client’s side, so you can show a prospective coachee exactly what they would experience.
- Events. Every live session in one place, including the AI Masterclass below.
The screenshot is the session prep view. Nova reads back the last session, surfaces what has shifted in the weeks since, and lines up the open commitments before you walk into the room. We listened, and we learned.

What you asked us to change for your clients.
The client side of the work came up again and again this spring. Three things in particular:
- An app, not an inbox. Clients do not want another email thread to lose. They want one place that belongs to the work, with gentle nudges rather than notifications that get buried.
- Room to practise. Coaches told us their clients love a nudge, and several asked for a way to role play a hard conversation before the real one.
- Space to reflect across sessions. Not just session by session, but the themes that surface over months of work together.
We are testing all three with six coaches now, and a beta opens in July. If you have a view on what would make the client side genuinely useful, this is the moment to tell us. Reply to this email. We read every one.
The AI Masterclass started on Friday.
On Friday a new cohort of eight highly credentialed coaches, personally invited by ICF MCC assessor Judit Ábri von Bartheld, began our AI Masterclass. Three sessions of sixty minutes, exploring how to build a modern coaching business with AI in the room rather than bolted on around it.
The group is small and interactive on purpose, so the AI literacy you build over the three sessions is genuinely your own by the end.
The next cohort is open now. If this is the nudge you have been waiting for, take it.

Simon Sinek, Brené Brown and Adam Grant on AI at work.
One for the commute. On The Curiosity Shop, Brené Brown and Adam Grant sit down with Simon Sinek to talk about the state of organisations right now. The chaos hitting the C-suite, the human cost of misaligned incentives, AI-driven layoffs, and leaders playing defence when they should be playing offence.
It is an honest hour and a bit on what AI is doing to how companies are run, and on what stays human when it does. Squarely in the territory your clients are living in every day.
